Household Management

Manage your children's and dependents' registrations centrally, with all communications going directly to you.

What is the Household?

The Household allows one or more Responsible Parties (father, mother, grandparent, legal guardian…) to create a shared space to manage minor's profiles. The goal is to allow event registrations without the minor needing their own email account, with all communications forwarded to the responsible parties — in full compliance with GDPR.

No Email Required

Minors don't need to manage email accounts. Invitations and confirmations go to the responsible party.

Centralization

Manage all registrations, payments, and personal data for dependents in one place.

Shared Responsibility

Father and mother (or other guardians) can coexist in the same household with defined roles and relationships.

Security & Privacy

Full control over minors' data, complying with GDPR regulations and applicable legislation.

How does the process work?

1

Access Management

Access your personal profile and enter the "Household" area.

Go to my Household →
2

Add Dependents

Click "Add Dependent" and search by identification document.

  • Search First: Enter the Document Number to avoid duplicates. If the profile exists, you simply link it.
  • Create New: If it doesn't exist, fill in the form and define the relationship type (Son/Daughter, Grandchild, Nephew/Niece…).
3

Add a Co-Responsible

Click "Add Responsible" to invite another adult (e.g. the other parent) to share management of the household.

  • Search by Email: The co-responsible must already have an account on the platform.
  • Define the Relationship: Choose the role (Father, Mother, Grandfather, Guardian…) to easily identify each responsible party.
4

Register for Events

On the registration page, choose the dependent's name from the selector at the top. Data is filled in automatically and all confirmations go to the responsible party's email.

Simple and Fast!

Fundamental Rules

Minors under 16 only: Dependents must be under 16 years old and can only belong to one household at a time.

Do not add yourself: You cannot add your own account as a dependent. Use normal registration for yourself.

Automatic conversion at 16: When a dependent turns 16, the account is automatically separated from the household. The responsible party receives a link to complete the young person's registration.

Responsibility for data: By managing a household, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data (birth dates and identification documents). Keep them up to date.
