What are Groups?
The Groups feature allows a Group Manager to register multiple athletes in a simplified way, without each athlete needing to intervene in every registration. A system created to optimize the process, maintaining data security and privacy.
We know that the initial setup might seem time-consuming — after all, you need to gather the details and wait for them to accept the invitation. However, our manager community is unanimous: the initial effort pays off immensely! Once the group is set up, registering 10, 20, or 50 athletes for a race becomes a process of just a few clicks. Say goodbye to the headache of collecting data repeatedly for each new event.

How it works?
Group Creation
Access your account area and create a new group to manage your athletes.

Add Athletes
Search and invite athletes to your group using their ID document, Tax ID, or email.
Note: The athlete must already have a Stop and Go account.
Invite Acceptance
The athlete receives an email and accepts the invitation. By doing this, they authorize you to register them for future races.

Important Points & Troubleshooting
Unique Email: For the system to work, each athlete must have a unique email. If you need to correct data, open a support ticket.
Flexible Payments: As a manager, you can pay for everyone or let each athlete pay for their registration individually (individual references will be generated).
Availability: Look for the "Group Registration" button on the event page. If it doesn't appear, the event might not support this feature yet.
Duplicate Team Error: If you encounter the error "A team with this name already exists in the event. If you are the manager of this team, please contact us via a support ticket" while registering, it means someone registered (or created the team) using the individual registration form and blocked the name for the group. We can only associate the team with your group if ALL athletes already registered in that team are part of your group and have accepted the invitation. Once you ensure this, send us a ticket and we will resolve the association.
